No idea what's going on.

So I haven't had my period since April 12th. I was spotting in May around the time my period was due. And I was in the hospital this past weekend and had to get a CT scan. They did a pregnancy test. Negative. No baby showed up on the CT scan. I feel pregnant to be honest. My breasts are sore and I've been so tired and sore lately. My nausea is horrible and my feet have been swollen. I have no idea what's going on. :( and I can go from completely happy and content to either crying or pissed off in like two seconds flat.
