Hungry?

I'm shocked to see this says no extra calories in the 1st trimester! I mean, I know you're not suppose to eat for two but I'm so damn hungry. If I'm not nauseas I'm starving and if I get to the starving stage I feel nauseas. I have to eat way more often than I was. I'm

gonna be huge!

Screw that. If you're hungry, eat. I've been 2-3 times hungrier since the 4th week. I don't think pregnancy is an excuse to overeat, but if you're feeling hungry then you need food. I try to just eat more filling things like oatmeal.

I know! I have been famished Even though I've been eating more and not necessarily eating well in spite of my best efforts to avoid the junk food.

Thankfully I haven't actually gained weight. If anything I've actually been losing weight. This morning I made sure to start with a good breakfast and that seems to have helped. Air fried sweet potatoes, hard poached egg, sliced avacado, olives, with a side of coconut Greek yogurt and a dash of granola.

If you’re hungry eat. Now that doesn’t mean binge chips and sodas and candy. But I am usually a limited eater and Ive been STARVING lately. So I eat a LOT more and I am LOSING weight which tells me my body is working overtime on baby forming.

It’s recommended you eat frequent small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals. I’m the same way that I get queasy when I get hungry. You’re only suppose to add 300 calories to your diet the first trimester and gain 0-3 lbs. so yes very minimal compared to how hungry we are! Haha try lots of healthy snack throughout the day!

Yes I am STARVING all the time! I saw the same graphic and felt discouraged because I know I’ve been eating more than before I was pregnant! Glad to see I’m not alone!

I eat small frequent snack throughout the day because my stomach constantly feels empty and it makes me nauseas.
