I was working in my parents' gas station today and a man bought a 20 lotto ticket. I gave him the ticket and he refused to pay for it because it wasn't ten different numbers for ten different draws. In our state you have to use the sane number for multiple draws. He refused to pay and stormed out leaving me to pay for his ticket (they can't be cancelled once they print). My parents are sweet and said I didn't have to pay for it. The thing that bothers me is that that horrible man was more than willing to make me pay two hours wages for his temper tantrum. The funny twist is that I knew the man in the truck waiting for him and my husband is helping that man with a golf tournament tomorrow. His out of town d-bag buddy is going to get a huge public shaming from my husband for picking on his pregnant wife. I should also mention that my husband is a badass former Marine and very intimidating. I kept the ticket. I think it might be lucky!
