Hubs travels for work, and I know he’s got a lot on his plate, but he hasn’t even said Happy Valentine’s Day, not even in his every day good morning text that he sends. Maybe I’m just being overly hormonal, but he’s always sent me flowers every single other year... it just kind of hurts that he forgot this year, especially since he knows I’m having a rough time with the end of my pregnancy (ftm, 38 weeks). Maybe he’s planning to celebrate with me this weekend when he is home, but an acknowledgment of the day would have been nice. Especially when all I see is Valentine’s Day posts all over Facebook and everywhere else, so I know he didn’t forget. Ugh. So far the only person to wish me a happy Valentine’s Day is my mother in law, bless her heart. ❤️ I haven’t said a word to hubs about it because I don’t feel like I should have to ‘beg’ for attention and love... meanwhile I have spent a lot of time working on his gift, which is a jar filled with 100 reasons why I love him. Obviously romance isn’t one of the reasons, haha, but I do love him so very much. I just needed to vent.
