Recommendations?

Currently pregnant and on maternity leave and on and off struggling with light depression (sorry if it isn’t actual depression, I mean no offence to those suffering from it) . Nothing serious but just an overall feeling of being down and lacking motivation for ANYTHING. I know it’s partly the hormones and partly the weather (it’s been cold and grey for months where I live) but sometimes it takes me till sometime in the afternoon to even get out of bed. Now I wanted to ask if any of you have some recommendations for dealing with this feeling? I bought two self-help books but would be interested in reading more about the whole self love thing and also maybe something about motivation for starting any kind of business on your own or anything along those lines. Help a momma out, I miss being motivated for something, I’m usually a pretty active person and I feel horrible being this tired and lazy all the time 😩 I’m gonna be on leave for two years after LO is born and I know I’ll have my hands full with him but I really need something to make feel good about myself!
