I didn't read past the survey bit but I'd be a little skeptical of it testing everything. I've had a test that showed I'd had glandular fever in the past so I know viruses leave mark of some sort but it sounds too good to be true.

It is and I want it. I was very sick in 2007 with "viral fever" that was probably chikungunya and I want to know if it actually was.

Biologically, it makes sense. However, they would need to know which antibodies go with which virus. So for this test to work, there would need to be n extensive database somewhere, which limits the practicality of such a test. I also don't see the point. I can see it being useful to identify particular viruses, but not every virus an individual has. Also, I question the accuracy, because I have a difficult time believing that there are enough of each type of antibody in your blood that any given small sample has representatives of each virus's corresponding antibody

I don't think this is real because there aren't even individual blood tests for most viruses.

I don't know if this is new? Certainly your immune system has a record of every bacteria you've fought off, I dunno about viruses though.
