Ivf success

We have just found out I have a very low egg reserve from an anti mullerian hormone test and I'm 37 and don't have much time. We already have two kids conceived without even trying ages 6&8. I'm unfortunately thinking that our fertility doc is going to suggest ivf which idk if it's even a possibility of insurance doesn't pay not sure on that. My question is who has had success with little complications with ivf, and is it a really physical and emotional stress?
