Me and my husband have been trying for baby#2 for a few months now, I've been having a hard time getting pregnant because I am still breastfeeding my 15 month old,

and haven't gotten a period yet. Weve been trying everything. And I just took a pregnancy test this morning and I left all day to do errands and I came back and I saw a clear second line on the test what could that mean?? Has anyone had this before does that mean I'm pregnant or is it a false test? it's hard to get a good pic
