6 days late and still BFN

I am never late and i mean never ! I am conpletely at a loss with what to do i have taken various tests now and still all of them are BFNs im just loosing hope. I need advice i cant go to my doctors because if you want an appointment you have to book about 3 weeks in advance plus when ive been before they tell you they cant do blood work until you get a positive test. Stupid right ! When did you ladies get your BFPs ?
