Be carful with those double heck with a doctor. Also gargle with warm salt water and or peroxide and warm water and eat a ton of garlic an onion. I usually blend it and mix it in soup Tastes a lot better but will clear throat and nasal and respiratory quickly

I just asked my OB yesterday are halls/cough drops ok to use, and she said occasionally or sparingly (I didn’t ask a specific sub type), I also find mints help too.

They container pectin. Pectin occurs naturally in fruit and you put it in jam. They are safe.

If I’m correct these don’t contain any menthol so I think they are pretty safe.
