Currently no, but that’s because the men I work with are my boss and owner of the practice and the other has their doctorate and has been in practice 2 years, while I’m still classed as a student. So it’d be pretty strange if I made the same as they did. I make more than most other students in my profession (my boss is amazing), men included so I’m really not complaining. But once I’m done with all my schooling I’ll actually make more than one of the men in the practice since I’ll have more qualifications but that’s not for another few years yet!

I would say yes but there aren’t any males in the same position as me. But other positions that have males they make the same as females
