TMI, ok wait a minute!

I am 10 DPO and 6 days before AF should be here. Woke up with stomach hurting, when I went to the bathroom and there wasblood when I wiped. I know implantation bleeding is a thing. Would this be the right time for that to kick in? Or could my period just be early? I'm knew to tracking, this is our 3rd month TTC and first time having periods in a long time because of my birth control. So I'm not sure how normal it is to start so early. If you ladies have any advice please share! Thank you! ☺️
