Does anybody know if this could be affecting my fertility?

These are my sleeping aids. I HAVE to have them to sleep. I take 3 a night (that’s a lot I know) and If I don’t I won’t sleep at all. Does anybody know this could possibly be affecting my fertility? If so, what can I change to that’s okay for TTC?

Have you spoken with a doctor about your sleep problems and amount of melatonin you’re taking. I take one pill a night and have crazy dreams. I can’t imagine taking three!

I take Melatonin too as a sleeping aid, but that’s all I take!
It is natural and occurring naturally in the brain, but talk to your doctor about it.
