sleep bringing weird dreams

have any of you been having weird dreams that leave you to wake up either crying, furious, or confused? I am struggling with super weird dreams I'd like to chalk it up to having been up with a sick kid and being in the 3rd trimester but after a few nights of good sleep they keep happening.
