Steam shower
So my one month old woke me up sounding congested. He ate his bottle just fine but I sat in my bathroom with the door closed with the water as hot as possible to creates a steam shower and did it for about 20 mins to clear up his congestion and it even helped mine. Will this help keep his nose clear if I do it a couple times a day until it goes away?
