I swear I keep my self as clean as possible because I get infections really easily. I just turned 30 Weeks today.

It could be, but don’t worry. You can lose your mucus plug at any point in pregnancy, it regenerates. It can come out in pieces. As long as it’s not your bloody show (you’ll know) then it’s most likely just a piece that’s come out. It doesn’t mean labor is imminent, I lost mine almost two weeks prior to having my son. xx
