Weight gain at 16 weeks?

I'm 16 weeks and I've gained 3-7 pounds (it fluctuates). I'm already overweight so I'm afraid that's too much.

How much did you gain by around 16 weeks?

I had gained around 3 lbs I think. At 22 weeks I had gained 5 lbs. I'm currently almost 25 weeks and haven't been on the scale lately lol

I was 12 pounds down at that point. Morning sickness mostly.
