sore throat? ear infection?

I had constant on again off again swollen lymph nodes for like 4-5 months for no reason since I haven't been sick, for the past week I developed a sore throat along with it. I've taken so much Tylenol and Advil and halls and honey and it's still here, then two days ago I developed pain in my ear and have had it on again off again since then, it hurts and horribly painful pressure it my eye on the same side, I'm not trying to be a hypochondriac running to the doctors cuz weird stuff happens to me all the time, just not this, anyone got a clue what's going on with me?
