Out of control child on flight

I was watching this video of a kid, looks around 6ish, screaming and being out of control on an entire 8 hour flight. The mom in the video says nothing other than “get the wifi going so he can have his iPad” to the stewardess. She doesn’t try to control him or correct any behaviour.

In the video it said he possibly had some kind of disability. I think this is totally unacceptable. Disability or not there are coping mechanisms that can correct that crazy behaviour. Those poor other passengers. I’d be ashamed if my son acted like that. What’s your thoughts?
