The Healthy Path To Hobbies & Living

Whitney • New Squishy Coming 2/28/18...🎀Evalina LaDonna 2/24/16 🎀....✨Angels: Zander 6M, Journey 3M
In this life as I approach the one year anniversary of when we lost our first angel Zander Wyatt Joy 6.19.14 I know I have come so far.
As I passed his due date on Halloween last year, and each mile stone imagining where he'd be at in this world, I can't believe I really have come so far.
While I see pregnant women all around me, due in August, I still feel my heart drop, but never as far as it did when we got pregnant with our second angel Journey Azalea Joy. She would have been a sweaty August baby that we lost 1.21.15.
Finding myself in the emergency room on 4.25.15 with a bursting ovarian cyst and a diagnosed chemical pregnancy was a deff a little bit of a mind shaker..
Each mountain, hill, or speed bump if you will, has taught me many different things about my faith my marriage and my world.
I had truly lost myself and fell victim of being that woman, the one everyone knows what happened, I didn't want to find myself there, but I did.
I've been working on me, getting healthy going to the gym with my husband starting a new healthy diet, no more soda, 1/4 of the coffee I had, lots of water, and hobbies hobbies hobbies..
Through counseling regularly since my traumatic experiences, I have found it most helpful in not only managing grief but identifying my emotions faster before they arise.
Not only are hobbies great to have for mental health but confidence!
I have created a little hope garden on our apartment balcony, have became avid volunteers at our mega church, taking an interest in trying new weight watchers recipients, rekindling my interest in photography, and my husband and I are also going to learn sign language to help out at the deaf service at our church, and to hopefully teach our hopeful rainbow child at an early age.
I just wanted to share my crazy ONE YEAR journey with you ladies, hoping to inspire someone, and maybe make a new friend. Baby dust to all who want it, and hobbie dust to all who needs it.
We are all blessed no matter the path... 🌻
