How many people on Glow have HSV?!

Supposedly this is a very common disease and I am just curious to see how many of us live with this daily :)

I'm just laughing at the results so far, 89% say they have neither... no, you probably have hsv 1 and just don't show the symptoms, you lucky duck!! 50 to 80% of Americans have oral herpes. get some valtrex and you'll be fine! I've had cold sores since I was small. I take valtrex now whenever I feel it coming and it rarely fully developed now if I take it soon enougj. I don't get why people bother with abreva, just get valtrex. cold sores are so painful.

I have type 1, but don’t get cold sores. My doc said most people get one outbreak as a kid when they first get it (sharing straws in elementary school, kissing grandma, etc)- and then never again, so they assume they’re negative because doctors don’t test for herpes unless you specifically request it.

When I was last tested they told me a lot of people have type 1 but it doesn’t show. I’ve never had a cold sore in my life. Anyway I have neither, but it does seem like a lot of people are in that boat with me!
