Help Me so confuesed

so my peroids have always been irregular but they have never only lasted one day before so i got what i thought was my peroid on Feb 13 and i bled for one day and havent had any blood since i have been TTC for over a year now and really don't think I could be pregnant my last period was January 12 and i bled for 4 to 5 days normal peroid so I'm confuesed on why i only bled one day then stopped but still have some cramps but no blood What so ever help please
