This looks anovulatory tbh. Maybe you Oed CD39, but the temp shift isn't sustained so I'm not sure. You can't be pregnant if you don't ovulate. If you get to CD60 call your Dr for Provera to start a new cycle.

Do bloodwork, some people don’t get urine positives until 2-3 months into the pregnancy.
