Tips on helping my face to look thinner? 28 weeks pregnant

I’m 28 weeks pregnant. I follow a healthy diet and try to drink lots of water. I’ve cut all caffeine but one cup of black coffee a day. I wash my face and try to take care of my skin. All that jazz.... but my face alone looks like it has gained 15 pounds. Any tips? I do some light contouring makeup wise but nothing dramatic. I have a baby shower coming up and am wanting to know if there is anything I can start to do to help or if I’m doomed to just have a chubby pregnancy face. 🙃 thanks!
