Next month my 29 weeker will be 1 years old. His doctor said it was ok for him to switch to cows milk. I feel like I should wait another month or two but his doctor said it was a great time for it. Has any preemie mom's did this before and how did you start it? What was you child's feeding like how many meals a day would they eat? I'm a first time mom and just want to make sure that he will be eating enough through out the day now that he won't be on formula.
