Off Colored Discharge.

Ok ladies. I need some advice. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant accordijng to my Dr. Well I have been having quite a lot of yellow cervical discharge, which he says is normal for some women. Well today as been the same until all of a sudden I just went pee and there was pinkish brown discharge and a little spotting. is this something any of you have experienced? If so what were you told? My Dr was unavailable so the nurse said to just watch it and make sure it doesn't turn red. I'm a first time pregnant first time mom after 4 years ttc. I don't know if I'll be able to handle a miscarriage right now.
