Need help OPKS

The one circled in red was the 11th of February thought it was a positive and has egg white discharge

However now I’m confused my lines were getting darker and now I took one today (15th feb) and I’ve got a darker line again but my discharge is sticky and creamy and has no stretch at all!

Why is this please help me

Could this be getting darker if I’m pregnant
