Supply Regulation???

Yesterday I noticed a big decrease in my pumped/expresses milk. The night before I pumped around 3-5oz (LO usually wakes around 1:30/2 and only takes one side so I have to pump because I’m engorged). But I noticed yesterday when I pumped I barely got an ounce from each side (after a feed).

LO still has wet/dirty diapers so I know he is getting enough. I can feel my breasts fill up but do you suggest skipping a feed and offering a bottle to make sure I’m pumping enough? He’s 7 Weeks, I go back to work in a week and a half so I just want to make sure my supply is OK!

Has anyone else experienced this?
