DEPRESSED!!!

I'm 10 days late! And not pregnant because I had blood work done at 5 days late and it was negative. I'm not sad about the negative. I'm sad that I have been ON TIME all my life!!! And I'm afraid that if I skipped a period that means my hormones are out of whack and TODAY is supposed to be my 1st day of fertile window but can I still get pregnant if skipped a period?????? I've been in tears for 3 days now thinking my chances of conceiving could be lower now if I'm irregular and also almost 36
