Starting Letrozole next cycle and then our first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in April .. we could start in March but I want to see if the Letrozole works on its own.. 2 years ago I did Clomid which the side effects were awful and we were unsuccessful but it did turn out I had a massive uterine fibroid which was removed via c section in June ... can anyone tell me how the side effects of Letrozole compare to clomid ??
