How soon after baby is born are you okay with over-night visitors?

I’m a first-time mom. Our baby is due May 13. My MIL just asked if May 28 was too early to visit they would be staying with us. I got an overwhelmed feeling. I really don’t want people staying with us over-night until July. I want to be able to figure out this parenting thing out with my husband. Now, my own mom will probably stay with me a bit to help, but I don’t feel like I need to entertain my own mom.
