3 month old has sore on face?

My three month old daughter had a little scratch on her face that has turned into almost a sore? I’ve been trying to keep it as dry and clean as possible but it’s right where drool and milk seem to always go. Now it’s really red and I think it’s pretty sore. Does it look infected? I’ll be calling her pediatrician in the morning but not sure if I should just take her in to an urgent care? Sorry, FTM and I’m just worried about my baby. Please no rude comments!
