I need answers!!!

I’ve been spotting & bleeding for the past week or so & the bleeding stops & comes back & I’m not bleeding as if I was on my period. There’s no bleeding when I pee just whenever i wipe or in the protector I have in my underwear? I’m scared to what it might be. I’ve also been having pain on my side really bad pain, the pain comes & goes. I’m thinking it could be a kidney infection but I’m quite not sure.

Has this happened to anyone else or just me PLS HELP IM REALLY CONCERNED.
