Uggggghhhh should I eat? Will it make it better or worse? AM I hungry??? Just nauseated? I don't know what to do or eat. Everything seems and smells disgusting right now😢😢😢

I get super nauseous when I’m hungry! I’m 9 weeks and I keep a box of cheez its in my head for when I’m feeling it 😂

ugh that's me basically this whole pregnancy 😖 Im 27 weeks today and still throwing almost everything I eat up. try eating some crackers if you have some or something light on your stomach that's how I been dealing with it. hope you feel better 💕
