Lost idk help please

Ok so I just had an abortion almost 3 weeks ago

and honestly I regretted it didn’t even want to do it.. my bf didn’t want me to either idk but then we started being intimate again for like pretty much two weeks unprotected 🤦‍♀️ idk i took a test to see but I feel it’s too early to detect but idk how quick can you get pregnant again from an abortion I set an appt because I recently started getting a symptom I was getting before
