What am I to make of this??

Ok girlfriends.. my first ever post here.. have been TTC for 15 months... I'm 13 dpo and af due day-after. just did a pt, not with fmu, and this is what came up. Don't know what to make of this. I had two pink dots of spotting on 10dpo accompanied with major period-like cramps for two days, but since yesterday I have no cramps and no af symptoms which I always get as I start getting close. Any suggestions here are welcome..
