Blood after sex AGAIN

I'm 8 weeks, went in to see my doctor at 6 weeks for bleeding after sex, got told that I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and I got put on pelvic rest. I went to the doctors again yesterday and she said my hemorrhage was healed, but then I just started bleeding during sex again. It wasn't a lot, but it was red and now I'm worried....anyone else bleeding from sex at this stage in pregnancy? And repeatedly?
