Sent this to two people who honestly believed they were going to be in the delivery room. They’re my two closest cousins 😩 I’m 39 weeks pregnant and lately they’ve been talking about it but I never ever said that they could... my aunt (koko) has had 5 babies total and I’ve heard the stories of her being extremellyyyyyy helpful during labor. Just don’t know how they’re gonna take this message.... nervous 🤢🤮

Most hospitals only allow you 1 or 2 people. I find it presumptuous that your cousins thought they could be there to begin with!

Very nicely written.  It doesn't sound rude at all.  I'm one who doesnt like ANYONE in the room except SO, so if someone insisted , I would need to find a nice way to deny them too.  Good job :)

If I was the recipient of this I might be bummed at not getting to be there but I would appreciate that you were not rude about it. Definitely nicer then some people get with friends and family who they want to tell stuff.
