Oh My Goodness !! Vivid Pregnancy Tests Dreams??

Usually i would be in the bed a little bit after 10pm, but last night i was sooo exhausted so i went to bed about 8:30-9pm. As i fall into a deep sleep, i can see myself sitting in my mama's living room with her and her bf and my two younger sisters. Everyone is talking and having a good time, so i pulled my mama over to the side and whisper to her, "I think i'm pregnant." She looks at me with this funny but yet disappointing look on her face and she says, "Come on! We're going to the drugstore to get you some pregnancy tests." So we ride to the drugstore to get the tests, and she buys at least 5 cheap pregnancy tests. Once we were back at the house, she had me to take all 5 pregnancy tests and leave them on the counter with a papwer towel under them. A good 3-5 mins passed and she goes to look at the tests. She says, " Every line on these tests are extremely dark. There's no doubt in your mind now that you're pregnant." There was nothing that i could say or do. According to this app i am 5w4d as of today. My lmp was Jan. 8th. Does that dream give any sign that i should test? Has anyone had that dream before or something similar to it and still got a positive result?
