Excruciating pain

For the last three months I have had excruciating pain in my pain and lower abdomen accompanying my period. Either just before or during. I went to the PCP last month and he said that they didn't know what it was, assumed it was a bacteria in my gastrointestinal tract. I have it again this month, currently actually. I curl up in a ball 90% of the time and when I work the pain is unbearable. I spent 4 hours in a scorching hot bath this morning to make the pain go away and it helped for a little while. The last two days my boobs have hurt and especially tender on my nipples. According to Glow my period was three days late. I had my IUD (Mirena) removed in January and began having normal periods in April. That's when the pain started. I have had many tell me it was ovarian cysts and/or endometriosis. Not to mention the horrible headaches that come with the fatigue and insomnia. Any one experienced this?? Had difficulties TTC??
