Low carb with PCOS
I decided to go on a low carb diet. I have been a gym rat and eaten healthy for years. I have PCOS and gained 40lbs since going off BC (all while still exercising and eating my usual healthy diet).
I’m three weeks into my low carb diet (meat, veggies, little fruit, dairy) and have GAINED two pounds. This is beyond discouraging.
Anyone have any experience or advice?
