Milk supply down. For how long?
I know no one can predict this, but I’m wondering what your experience is. My milk supply is down after a stomach bug went through my family. I’m hydrating like crazy, etc. My daughter is clearly annoyed, but I’m giving her more water and table foods (9 months) to compensate for now. I know my supply should come back, but I wonder how long that will take. What’s your experience with milk supply after illness?
