Baby Name Question

My two older children have been pretty involved in short listing names right from the start. My husband and I have decided that our first choice is Malcolm, but our ten year old son is passionately against it. He says he was bullied by a kid named Malcolm (this is the first I've ever heard of that) and it's upsetting him that we're considering it. Would it be cruel of us to name the baby Malcolm knowing how much it upsets our other son? I feel like he'd get over it pretty quickly and stop thinking of Malcolm as a mean person's name.
