Confused

So In December 2017 after taking provera I had my first real period for the first time in like 6 months . (Lasted 4 days) I had blood work between day 21-24 to see if I ovulated they said I didn’t. Then 28 days later on Jan 17, 2018 I started again (my doctor had me start taking Femara to kickstart ovulation on day 3) that period lasted 8 days. I went in for blood work again on day 21 to see if I ovulated which was Feb 6, 2018. Three days before that on Feb 3, 2018 I started bleeding again that lasted for 7 days . The doctors called and said I didn’t ovulate in January so two months in a row now . I’m confused on why I started bleed for 7 days only 9 days after I had a 8 day period . Also The past two days I’ve been really tired , have creamy discharge and very bad cramping , some sharp pains in my lower abdomen too .
