I've found out I'm pregnant☺️

But I'm getting shoulder pain?, I'm 18 and I've got a little boy who's 1..

I had a miscarriage in October and now I'm scared incase I'm having a ectopic😢 at first the pain was near my neck now it's moved to the tip it's like a aching pain it doesn't last all day it does go away for an hour-three then it comes back but then it's moved to my neck again..Can somebody help me please😩😩😢. And also it goes away when I take my bra off??
