Maca Root?

Has anyone used maca root for fertility? Did you notice any changes? Any side effects?

What a lot of peole dont know is, there are different kinds... there's black, red, and white... If I remember right. Just do some research about what each of them are good for. I can't remember which one is supposed to be good for fertility. I used to use it just to regulate my hormones. I wasn't TTC at the time so I can't say if it helped in that regard or not. But i have heard good things.

I have. I didn't notice many differences unfortunately, and I was taking 2400mg a day.
