I’m almost 4 weeks post partum and I’ve had this weird feeling in my perineum area, it feels hard and numb when I move, sit, lay down, feels as if there’s something stuck inside me but it’s where I got my stitches and it was only a partial second degree tear. I’m so tired of feeling this way though, I’m not having pain tho and I’m not bleeding any more either. Spotting but that’s all.
