When should you start drinking red raspberry leaf tea?

I have heard a lot of positive stories about this, but wondering when do you start drinking it? 🤔

I started at at 30 weeks with our first with one cup a day and gradually increased as the weeks went on. Still ended up getting induced at 41 weeks and struggled through 3 days of labor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But, I’ll probably drink it again this time. Can’t hurt right?? 😆

I spoke to my midwife today and she said I am clear to start drinking it. I just hit 28 weeks.
