If I got food poisoning could my baby get a touch of it through the breast milk?

I ate one if those salad in a bags and a few hours later let’s just say it didn’t stay in me. Last night my son wouldn’t sleep his belly was all grumbly and he was rooting up a storm then today he’s still been fussy not sleeping because now he’s over tired and then he had two very watery poops then a mucusy poop. He’s had a lot of wet diapers so thankfully no dehydration. Could he have gotten a touch of food poisoning too?
