Would anyone be charged criminally in this situation? Trigger warning for death

Cailin • No, I don’t have anything better to do.

Say two families went on a vacation together. Each family has two sets of twins. The one family has twin boys. They’re 16 years of age. The other family has a boy and a girl, also 16. The kids are all best friends. The families decide to let each set of parents have their own hotel room in an expensive resort. And then the three boys will share a room and the girl will get her own room. The girl is upset because she doesn’t want to be left out or isolated so she expresses her annoyance, but her parents say too bad. When they arrive at the resort, the parents leave the kids to hang out and have fun. They all have access to all of the restaurants and everything the kids will do is in the resort so they never have to leave. The girl goes to her room to sleep because she’s angry. No one contacts her. Her parents are enjoying their vacation and the other parents are enjoying the vacation too. The boys are caught up in having fun, as well. No one contacts or checks on the girl for three days. A resort employee goes in the room to clean and finds the girl dead. After reported to the police and all that, it’s decided that she died suddenly of an undiagnosed heart condition. Would anyone face criminal charges in this case and should they?
